Plus, with south-facing exposure and waterfront just steps away with a nice new dock with 2 boat slips, escaping to Port Sandfield for morning coffee would become a routine! Location provides easy access to local attractions, amenities, and unique shopping destinations.

MARGARITAVILLE will treat you to peace and privacy immediately upon arrival, with the surrounding woods acting as a natural barrier from the rest of the world. Enjoy Muskoka beauty with south views of Lake Joseph in an extremely quiet bay.
