This very accessible cottage is very private yet off a main highway and is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from both Gravenhurst and Port Carling, offering some of the best proximity to the most popular hubs in the Muskoka region!

FOGO POINT - Meticulously landscaped grounds and gardens adorn this sprawling Moon River property! As you arrive you will pass a Tennis Court featuring pickle ball and 2 basketball nets! At the cottage, a cute Bunkie is featured to the left, sandy beach in front and the main cottage on the right! The outdoor oasis offers water toys galore, a sandy beach, 2 docks, a fire pit area, kids play structure, hammock, outdoor ping pong and various seating areas sprinkled throughout the property!
