Clean, remodeled room for $30+ less a night than similar options in town however there is a trade off.
Be aware 1. No (open) pool 2. No âfreeâ breakfast
On the good side this means no kids so less noise. I wouldnât recommend for a family stay or a romantic getaway but if all you need is a decent room without the amenities almost no one actually uses, itâs a good option. Room has mini-fridge, microwave and large tv with Direct TV. The Cajun restaurant directly behind is good and one of the best restaurants in Tahlequah.
Room was clean as normal, but bathroom wasnât. And the tub had holes in the floor. The men that work the front desk are always friendly, but the lady that works the front desk is very unfriendly and unprofessional.
Yes room was excellent. Price of room was listed on expedia around 80 plus dollars. I was charged 155. For deposit im sure, but never recieved my deposit back on my card. Either expedia is quoting the wrong price per night or deposits arent gjven back. I left my room in the same condition it was rented to me.
Room was clean, staff nice , parking easy air conditioning good. The shower could be upgraded the water pressure was not good and should be improved The only coffee was the one in the room and the quality was not good. It was a clean inexpensive no frills hotel.
Room was in excellent condition the staff was great . Wish it had more tv channel options but it was a great room for the price. Had to pay a deposit which wasnt expected. But i gotbit back after the room was inspected after my stay.
The staff assured me the elevator would work so that my 85 year old disabled mother could get up and down from second floor. It did not work at checkout and I had to get my mom on floor and drag her down stairs step by step. Staff refused to get elevator fixed and did not know how to get mom down to car TERRIBLE
The queen bed in our room had a giant bowling ball sized hole in it. Mattresses not secure and slide off bed every time you get in.
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Though, they are redoing a lot of things, so there was no continental breakfast & no ice machine.
But when we had an issue withthe AC, the took care of it right away.
But I will stey there again.
The bathroom door would not close. The top bracket (where the screws go in a hold the door in place was broken. When u tried to close it, the top of the door hung down towards the person in the bathroom. My husband is blind so we didnât want him to get hit by the door. We were also traveling with our adult son. I went to check if someone could fix it. The man at the front desk said since it was a Saturday, they did not have a repair person. He told me there were no more rooms available except for a king. We were three adults so that wasnât enough room. I asked if he could discount the room and he said since I booked it through a travel site (Expedia) that he could not. It was very frustrating having to go to the restroom and shower with the door open. The hotel did not want to work with me at all.
They advertised free breakfast and did not even have a vending machine. Had to get keycards rekeyed twice as locked out of room. No washcloths or coffee lids in room. Found four packages of snacks that previous guests had left behind on a shelf.
