Bourdon Charmer! Bike to Beach!

Summary:
Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Just a short bike ride to the beach or downtown Muskegon. There is tons to do and see in Muskegon, and this home is right in the middle of it!
The Bourdon home was built as a parsonage for the church next door. All beautiful oak trim and hardwood floors throughout give this charmer class like no other.

Guest Access:
The entire space is open for use, except for two storage rooms in the basement.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, large park steps away with disc golf course. The large public beach is a 4 minute drive or 10-15 minute bike ride on the bike path. The downtown Lakeside area is a short walk and has bars, a distillery, and other convenient shops. Downtown Muskegon can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes by bike. Check out the massive farmers market in the summer and tons of other attractions.

Please note that the church next door is a private property, and there are individuals residing in the property.
