In the ground floor, the main area of the house is composed of an entrance with cloakroom, a
visitor toilet, a double living room with a TV part overlooking the pool side terrace and facing south, adjacent to a second living room with fireplace and a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and semi-open with another dining area open onto a covered porch with awning is the dining room and a summer kitchen with a huge charcoal grill. A full storeroom completes this level.
