Welcome to our spacious and luxurious home! With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this property is perfect for a group or family getaway.



Located just 6 minutes away from the local famous wineries such as Callaway, Doffo, Chapin, Europa, Miramonte, South Coast, and many more - you'll have convenient access to some of the best wine tasting experiences in the area!



But the amenities at this home don't stop there. Step into our mancave in the garage, complete with a comfortable seating area, gym equipment, and a cozy firepit. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.



Outside, you'll find an incredible outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the pool or unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful California weather. Gather around the firepit and tiki torches in the evening for a cozy and memorable experience.



For those who enjoy games, we have a pool table available for your entertainment. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, it's a great way to have fun with friends and family.



Each of our bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows or movies in the privacy of your own room.



We understand that pets are important members of the family, which is why we are pet-friendly. We happily welcome dogs for a fee of $125 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. We do ask that your dogs be crate trained and not left alone, as we want to ensure their safety and the preservation of our property.



The living room is spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. Additionally, there is ample parking available for up to 3 cars, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Upstairs: Bedroom 1- Private with King Bed (Ensuite with tub and shower)

Bedroom 5- Full size pull out couch with TV (Open loft with no door)

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property minus the locked owner's closet

Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in this area!



Other Things to Note:

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.



Please note there is one exterior facing camera at the front door - solely to keep track of our cleaning services

MAX of 10 guests allowed at the property at all times- even if they are not staying the night.



The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
