Escape the hustle and bustle of the city life in this quaint fishing town, just 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Less than a mile from the delicious restaurants at the Marsh-walk, Beaver Bar and SBB. A perfect place for families, friends, couples and pets.

LIVING & DINING
After an action-packed day of your coastal vacation, relax on our comfy sectional couch in the living room. Enjoy access to cable tv and free internet. Or sit in the cozy chair and read a book to unwind.
This fully stocked kitchen will be helpful when preparing meals for your family. When it’s time to eat, enjoy the large dining table with seating for 6-7.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps up to 6 guests in two bedrooms.
Find comfort in the master suite, featuring a plush queen bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle. An extra guest could sleep on the couch as well. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Linens & Towels are provided.
THE AMAZING PORCH
Your family and friends will be sure to enjoy this amazing screened in front porch featuring a loveseat swing, hammock and two rockers.

It is best to have a vehicle to get around town.
There is room for 2 vehicles to park in the front with additional parking around back.

Plenty of room for a boat or motorcycle trailer.

Rent a golf cart from Coastal Carts Unlimited.

Please communicate through the website or app. Hosts are available through call or text if needed but since we manage multiple listings. It`s best to message through the app so we know which reservation has questions.

The Surf Shak is less than a mile from the Marshwalk. The Marshwalk is a scenic area with the best seafood restaurants overlooking the inlet. It`s a great place for shopping, lunch & dinner, happy hour, long walks along the boardwalk. It`s also a great place to rent/launch a kayak or book a sunset cruise. Huntington beach state park is 5 minutes south. Garden city beach is 5 minutes to the north. Great central location!
**There is a brand new home on the back side of the property. Have a large group? Inquire about renting both.

Bring your car or use local taxi, many prefer to bring bikes or rent them. The bike path picks up at the end of Sunnyside Ave.

Guests must be 23 and older to reserve.

No parties, events or unregistered guests.
Max occupancy is 6 people including children but not infants.

No early or late checkouts without prior approval. The cleaners will arrive at checkout time to get started. More than 15 minutes late checkout will be charged a $100 fee. Please make arrangements to depart on time.

Pet Rules:
Dogs must be kept on a leash
Dog waste must be collected and disposed of.
Please cover furniture with provided furniture covers if pets will be on the couch or beds.
No dogs left alone in the property without a crate.
Cats not allowed.
