300 yards to the ocean,
We are located in the heart of Garden City Beach. The Pier,, restaurants, beach wear shops,, a small grocery store,, ice cream,, and 5 bars all within walking distance. And not to mention.....The Beach:) Gulf Stream Restaurant is less than 2 miles down Waccamaw Dr. The Gulf Stream Restaurant boasts the best sunsets on the inlet.. The famous Marshwalk is less than 4 Miles from this location. This is a bi-level apartment. The bedroom is upstairs. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for 2 and a love seat single sleeper.
Please note: this building is a mixed use building. It is occupied by a real estate company,private residence, vacation rentals and a small popular bar. .Bar is on the downstairs corner of this building. No noise should be heard from inside the apartment. The porch is a shared porch by all the individual apartments.
Entry to this apartment is gained by stairs behind the building.

Great stay

Great stay. Thank you to the host Robert. Unit was in an excellent location close to the beach and fun places to eat, dink and enjoy live music. You won't be disappointed. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Super cute inside! Loved the location. Only thing needed is some hooks to hang your wet beach stuff. The only problem we had was not receiving the code to get in the door or the correct unit number before we arrived so we were a little confused.

Peg’s Birthday Visit

The room was perfect! My wife had reservations about the unit because of a visit under previous management. She was blown away! The room was fresh and clean and stocked with all the necessities. The attention to detail was spot on! There were coffee cups and dishes in the cabinets
as well as pots and pans if you needed to cook! I highly recommend this property!

First time in SC

It was our first time visiting South Carolina, we had a 13 hour car ride. We arrived at midnight and went to put the door code into what we thought was our apartment, and it opened, but there was a dog inside. We double checked the reservation and the apartment letter is D. I could not get ahold of the manager, probably because it was so late, thankfully the bar owners were nice to call them and they said there is a D in front and a D upstairs all the way in the back of the building. The manager then called me and sounded upset because apparently we should have known this. This was not explained to us and the only thing on their post is that it says D up. Really! That could have been explained to us. The picture only shows the front, but not the back, (probably because it does not look as nice as the front) there is no way of driving around the back you only get to it via stairs. The first issue is they have two apartments with the same letter and the second and worst is that both use the same code to open the door ( not very smart or safe). Once we got in the apartment was ok, it did have all the things they advertised. A nice note would have been good to at least let us know where things were. There was a storage bucket in the small closet which had the bed sheets for both sofa beds and the ottoman contained the pillows. The cleaning could be better done. The beds were comfortable. CONS: the apartment has one mirror in the bathroom, nothing else, it could benefit from another mirror, if someone is using the bathroom then all others have to wait to apply makeup, do their hair, etc. It has one very small closet where they stored the vacuum and mop and this had a small white shelf, which was crooked and when we grabbed the hangers, the shelf fell. They offered to have someone come fix it, but we did not want anyone there while we were in there. We discovered the sink had a huge leak, so we could hardly use it, seems they knew this since someone had put a small bowl under it to catch the water. One thing we had to do was take the garbage out, well they only left us one garbage bag besides the one that was in the can already. We were there for 4 nights, at least 2 or 3 bags would have been nice! There were no extra bags for the small can in the bathroom. There is no washer or dryer so just know that you have to go to a laundry.. PROS: it was very close to the beach, which is what we wanted. The area is nice, close to everything.

Overall great condo

My fiancĂ© and I with our two dogs stayed there for the Fourth of July. This condo is so pretty and clean on the inside and feels very homey. Although there is a bar that is connected to the same building as the condo you can’t hear them at all. Even our dogs never barked or were bothered with fireworks/noise from that week. The property manager was also great. Very attentive, and quick to respond to any of your questions or concerns. Overall great experience, we’ll be back!
