We had a great stay, even though it rained our whole trip. The house was perfect for our group of 22, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Al and Elly were very welcoming and great at communicating with us.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay. The home was big enough for all 21 of us. There was plenty of sleeping space where everyone was comfortable. We was able to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner together in one space and socialize together. Management responded to immediately to any questions or concerns we had. I will recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice comfortable home away from home. I will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great July fourth week

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. Everything was spot on and the house was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Adults and young people enjoyed the pool as well as the hot tub and the decks all around the house were so nice when we wanted to spread out. We enjoyed the shaded area under the house for our low country boil and playing games. I would highly recommend this house to anyone especially for a large family gathering. We would definitely consider booking again.

Perfect family vacation

Our group of 22 family members lived this home. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the area underneath the home. Having that space gave an additional family area to leave all of our pool gear and hang out in the rain if necessary. Being slightly off the road felt safer for our young children and gave us lots or parking space. The location is just a short walk to the beach. Al and Ellie were responsive to any questions. Thanks for a fun time.

Our stay at this property was enjoyed by all. Lots of room for everyone to sleep under one roof. The rooms were clean; lots of outdoor activities to do as well. It was really close to the beach so we walked the short distance. Communication with the owner was timely, and access to the property was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional!

Absolutely beautiful property, complete with white lights on the porches and twinkling in trees. Very thoughtfully appointed. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, USB ports and outlets on both sides of the bed, ample hangers, multiple hooks on the back of bathroom doors, hair dryer. The kitchen has everything you could need, including appliances, ample pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware. These may seem like small things but I’ve experienced other situations where there were not enough plates for our guests. We didn’t use the spa (way too hot for it) but spent a lot of time in the plunge pool and on the beach, which is a blissfully short walk from the house, and loved the shuffleboard court. (Also want To send a shoutout to Palmetto Golf Cart Rental at Woodland and 17). A problem with the washer was quickly addressed. This whole house was one big hug. Thank you Al and Ellie. Y’all done good.

Awesome Family Time

We absolutely loved the Beach House, it was very clean, nice and neat. We utilized the pool, grill, and it was an added pulse that the beach was walking distance. Everything thing we needed was there. The communication was awesome, and I loved that. I think that was the most amazing experience about the trip. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to do it again. Thanks so much for allowing us the stay at your Beach House!!!!!

Great stress free stay

Had a great stay at this house. It fit 16 of us nicely and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The living room had so much space for everyone which was the star of the show. Outside there was a nice hot tub, shuffleboard, and a pool. Location was great too with it being a quick walk to the beach

Enjoyable

My friend group used this house for a golf trip and it was everything we hoped for. Close beach access and hot tub were my personal favorite. We had 12 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably.

Perfect spot for our group

We had a great time at The Beach House. We had a group of 14-16 and we stayed comfortably. The location was really convenient - essentially across the street from the beach. The Hot Tub was one of the best we have seen. During the day We all spent time at the beach, in the hot tub, or hanging out in the beautiful weather shaded under the house. At night, we took advantage of the shuffle board court and the corn hole game and had some great family time with fun games. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for family reunion

Comfortable, great place for a multi-family vacation. Close to the beach and also fun saltwater pool for kids when they were finished at the beach. Outside downstairs hangout space was great for the adults when the kids were asleep upstairs. Owners were very responsive to questions and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate the entire family! The rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully and thoughtfully stocked. The pool was well maintained. We loved being able to quickly walk to the beach. It was great there was so much room for parking our cars too. It was an overall wonderful family vacation! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area.

Beach House is THE best for big groups

Four moms. Eight boys. We had a blast. The house was big enough to have our own spaces but set up for group fun. EASY walk to the beach. I was nervous (as a mom) about crossing the road but the traffic is mostly golf carts. We felt safe to let the boys come and go. The hosts are super. Great, responsive communication. Same for the cleaning crew. We are ready to make this an annual trip!
