PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Heating is available Apr 1–Oct 31 for an additional $400 + tax per week. Because it is open-air, heating is only allowed when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.

WHAT’S PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY
We’ve curated thoughtful essentials to make your stay seamless:

• Full towel set (bath, hand, dish, mats, washcloths)
• Toiletries (Travel size, in every full bathroom): body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soaps
• K-Cups (a few to start)

• There is a small section of the home, to the right of the garage, that is locked off and not accessible to guests.

PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY
Inlet Harbour is a gated community with a $100 vehicle fee (for up to 4 vehicles) included in your reservation. Additional vehicles can be added for $25 each. Up to 6 vehicles are allowed, but motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted. This fee is listed as a line item in your rental agreement.
