Situated just a short walk from historic downtown, boutique shopping, fine cuisine dining, wine tasting/microbrew tasting, Mercer Caverns, local farmers market, and iconic Ironstone Winery Amphitheater.Just below the snow line for easy travels to Bear Valley Ski Resort, many lakes, creeks & parks to enjoy for both winter and summer fun! Come make unforgettable memories in this spacious modern retreat.

Our brand-new, modern home located in a quiet court within a newly developed area, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay. The heart of this home is a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need. Enjoy meals at the bar with seating for 4 or gather around the small dining table that accommodates 4 comfortably.

Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a smart TV for entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a refreshing shower. The second bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers flexibility with 2 twin beds that can be easily joined to create a queen bed, along with a convenient desk for work or study.

For your convenience, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for any washing needs. Step into the backyard to find a spacious yard and a covered patio area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning mountain skyline. Additionally, for environmentally conscious guests, we offer access to an EV charger if needed.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a cozy retreat after a day of adventure, our modern home offers a welcoming space to make lasting memories any time of the year. For safety, we have two Ring cameras exterior facing one over the drive way and one in the backyard. There is a Ring Doorbell installed as well outside the main entrance door.

Had a great stay for a short vacation before attending a wedding. We loved being able to walk to downtown. The restaurants and food on Main Street were phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for better. Weather wasn’t too hot! We will definitely be staying here again. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hopefully, we can do that next time.

Perfect location , spacious , well appointed and close to everything . We were in Murphys for a family wedding and had 2 of our grandsons , who especially loved the mini golf set and grass mat along with the beautiful backyard ! Great communication with our host ! We all enjoyed the house very much !

Good place to stay but not for spending much time indoors

The location of this place is great—so close to stores, making it very convenient to grab groceries.We stayed with two families and four kids, and the table games provided were a nice touch for entertainment. However, we were surprised to find no spices, condiments, or cooking essentials like oil provided, which made meal prep a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the kitchen had only a few pots, so it was challenging to cook separate meals for kids and adults.After checkout, we received a message from the host stating the house should have been as clean as when we arrived, despite us collecting all bedding and cleaning as best we could with kids in tow. This made us question the purpose of the cleaning fee we were charged.Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep but not ideal for spending much time indoors, because it has to be ideally clean after check out.

Beautiful new home in Murphy’s, CA!

We loved our stay at this house! There was a stocked welcome basket and well-supplied kitchen with all the amenities we may need. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was very convenient. We were in town for a wedding at the Ironstone Vineyards, and it was also convenient to go up the mountain for hiking and visiting Big Trees State Park. The added bonus was being able to use the garage and plug in our hybrid plug-in vehicle! I highly recommend this home.

Great place for Family

The property is at the tail end of the Murphy's town and it was very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area. The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very responsive. Will consider staying at the home again in the future.

Beautiful home near downtown Murphys

The home was exactly as shown in the pics--- clean, bright, cozy, spacious and very well appointed. The bathrooms and kitchen had all the needed amenities and then some. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer and the lovely back yard. The size was perfect for a family or several couples. A short and safe walk to downtown, and an even shorter walk to a grocery store, restaurant (Watering Hole) and a pizza place, the location was super convenient. My communications were promptly answered. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful experience! We will definitely come back again.

Families Reunion

This house was absolutely perfect. We were attending our family reunion, which has been held on the first sunday of August since at least the early sixties. There were at least 15 of us that made our way here from Tacoma Washington. There were 4 houses rented and I believe ours was the most comfortable. We hope to book again for next year! Thank you

Immaculate and spacious home in a great location!

We had an amazing stay at this immaculate home! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Located in a charming court, it was just a short walk to downtown, which was a huge plus. We also loved being close to the lake, where we spent most of our days. It was always nice to return to this lovely home after a day out. Highly recommend!

Friends Get Away!

My friends and I stayed 4 nights and we were all very comfortable as well as enjoyed our stay! Lots of space! Beds are comfortable. The whole place was spotless. We enjoyed the fire place and all the warm cozy blankets that were provided. Short walk to the grocery store and The Watering Hole
a fun brew house with excellent food. A bit longer of a walk to downtown although not undoable for those that like a nice walk. 20 minute drive to Calaveras Big Trees State Park. We very much enjoyed our day walking and hiking along the sequoias! Highly recommend doing this as it could be a half or full day activity. The kitchen has all the basic things that are needed although could have used a few other things, such as cookie sheets, pot lids, and an electric teapot. There is a nice little patio out back with a couple lawn chairs and small table. We would have used the back yard more if there was a patio table that would have accommodated all of us. Especially for breakfast. Our host was great! Very responsive and helped us immediately with a concern. We loved our welcome basket of snacks and welcome note. We also enjoyed the bottle of wine from a local winery that was included. Bottom line
we would all definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!
