Welcome to our traditional Mallorcan house with tourist license ETV/8521. Located in Muro, a charming village in the northeast of Mallorca, our property is the perfect retreat for those seeking the peace of an authentic local setting without giving up modern comforts.

Just 13 minutes by car from the award-winning beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, and close to the historic towns of AlcĂșdia and Pollença, our home offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of a village and easy access to the island’s main points of interest.

Our 300 mÂČ house, fully renovated in 2019, preserves the character of traditional Mallorcan fincas while integrating technology and maximum comfort.

Maison avec tout le nécessaire

La maison est trÚs bien pour un couple et 2 enfants. Sa localisation est pratique pour visiter l'ensemble de l'ßle (moins de 1h partout). La piscine bien que petite est trÚs agréable. Baltasar est gentil et à l'écoute.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sie ist sehr groß und man hat jede Menge Platz. Sie hat einen tollen Pool, eine Waschmaschine und eine perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche. Was braucht man mehr fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man kann von Muro aus jegliche StrĂ€nde, Buchten, Palma oder sonstige SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten gut erreichen. Baltasar + Familie sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Ihr "Willkommenspaket" war der Hammer. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Der KĂŒhlschrank war gut gefĂŒllt, Brot, GetrĂ€nke alles da fĂŒr eine Erstversorgung. Allein dafĂŒr sollte es 5 Sterne geben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderbare Zeit!!!

Wir waren positiv ĂŒberwĂ€ltigt bei Ankunft und Betreten des Hauses. Baltasar, Carmen und Guillermo haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Da wir an einem Sonntag anreisten, war mit einem gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank vorgesorgt. Wir hatten soviel GlĂŒck mit dem Haus, dem Innenhof, Pool! Auch die einheimischen Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden - wir wurden bestens betreut! Wir können dieses Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!!!

Angenehmes Haus, nette kleine Stadt und freundliche Gastgeber -

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Muro. Das Zentrum ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es einen Spar und Bip Einkaufsmarkt. Es gibt einige Bars und Restaurants. Eine BĂ€ckerei ist etwa 7 und eine Bushaltestelle (beispielsweise nach Palma oder an die Platja de Muro) Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. FĂŒr den GeschirrspĂŒler gibt es Tabs, fĂŒr die Waschmaschine ist Waschmittel vorhanden. Alle GerĂ€te funktionieren einwandfrei. Im Hof des Hauses gibt es einen uneinsehbaren kleinen Pool, der nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet ist, jedoch wunderbar zum AbkĂŒhlen dient. Es sind ausreichend Hand- Bade- und GeschirrtĂŒcher vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Duschen und WCs. In beiden sind Shampoo und Duschgel vorhanden. Es gibt einen kleinen Laptop und Satelliten-TV mit deutschen Sendern. Das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Beim Einchecken sind wir von Baltasar, seiner Frau und seinem Sohn empfangen worden. Sie haben uns das Haus gezeigt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Sie hatten ein Willkommenstablett fĂŒr uns vorbereitet. Kaffe, Tee, Milch, Toast, Butter, Marmeladen, Wein, Wasser, SĂ€fte, Kekse, Chips, Olivenöl und Obst. Vorhanden waren ebenfalls Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver, Oregano und Balsamicoessig. Das Auschecken erfolgt völlig selbstĂ€ndig ohne den Vermieter und wird erklĂ€rt, wie es funktioniert. Auch der Mailverkehr im Vorfeld war verlĂ€sslich, sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Abwicklung ĂŒber HomeAway seriös und unkompliziert. Das Objekt ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Baltasar und seine Familie fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt.

Fabulous holiday, tranquil and relaxing

My husband and I chose the apartment from the gorgeous pictures, and it was so much more than we were expecting. The apartment is really spacious and cool (with air conditioning which was particularly handy at night). All of the rooms had everything you needed, from the generous and handy food and wine basket to all those basics you find you need but don’t want to buy for only a week, including cleaning stuff, washing powder etc. Life was made simple and easy by Baltaser and his family which truly added to our wonderful holiday. We had 8 nights in Muro followed by 2 nights in Palma and it was the perfect combination of tranquility, sunshine and calm and finishing up with the buzz of city life and culture. We had a hire car for Muro and it is great with so many places nearby. There are beaches and other areas of interest to visit, Muro beach is gorgeous and spotless, Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca itself were also great trips. The visits were made better knowing we could come home and relax by the mini pool indulging in the beautiful food and drink of Majorca. We would highly recommend Balthasars place, the service and communication was second to none. We are self employed and rarely have time off, our time is precious and this holiday was much more than we had expected. Many thanks!

Sehr angenehme Ferien in Muro

Wir besuchten Muro im Oktober. Das Wetter war noch sehr schön. Auch wenn Muro nicht der Touristenort ist, liegt es gĂŒnstig, um sich die Insel anzusehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr vier Personen. Besonders nett war die UnterstĂŒtzung von Baltasar und Laura. DafĂŒr möchten wir uns auch hier bedanken!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, Baltasar und seine Familie haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen, alles erklĂ€rt und zwischendurch nachgefragt ob wir etwas benötigen. Der Außenbereich mit dem kleinen Pool ist sehr schön, im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht,die Zimmer sind sauber und voll ausgestattet . Der Ort Muro ist ruhig,man findet dort nicht viel, ein paar kleine GeschĂ€fte etc. es ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung und an den Strand. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen:)

Absolutely as it is presented. Lovely clean homely place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. House perfect, lots of family touches. Every amenity available. Lots of food available in house to start off stay which was great as flight and other delays meant a very late arrival . Despite very late arrival our hosts were there to greet us which was excellent. Prompt helpful service when a minor problem occurred. Owner came and fixed problem very quickly. Nice and clean, all linen provided. Great place to stay would recommend to everyone. Definitely would come again.

La casa estupenda, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y todo nuevo y limpio, la pisci da mucho juego

a 10 min en coche de la playa de las playas de muro que estån fenomenal. Y muy cerca del puerto de alcudia.. Tambien de Mallorca y Manacor. La piscina da mucho juego si vas con niños y ademås tiene tele en cada dormitorio así q se entretienen mucho. Los dueños encantadores y serviciales. El pueblo apesar de ser grandecito estaba bastante muerto porque todo el mundo se va a la playa. Nosotros hemos estado muy agusto

Very nice experience with very friendly and helpful hosts.

It was basically perfect for our little family with two small kids. The place was nice and modern. The pool is not big, but it is enough for a small family. Muro is also quite nice and lies conveniently close to everything.

Very nice holidays

It was a vey nice stay in a typically Mallorcian house in a very calm, non-touristic town in the very herat of Mallorca island. The home is as described and showed on the pictures. It was very clean, everything worked properly. Baltasar and Laura took care of all you may need. Ihave never met such a generous welcome before - the fridge was full of snacks and drinks, kitchen and bath essentials were provided for all stay long. Baltasar was reqdy to help and give any advise one may need. Thank you once again. Hope to see you soon :)

Estupenda, recomendable 100%.

La casa es perfecta. Decorada con mucho gusto y muy funcional, espaciosa y cĂłmoda. Mis hijas disfrutaron muchĂ­simo de la piscina, y el patio es muy agradable para comer al aire libre, de hecho sĂłlo usamos el comedor una vez en todas las vacaciones. Tanto Carmen como Baltasar y su hijo Guillermo son encantadores y realmente han conseguido que nos sintieramos en casa. El entorno es muy tranquilo y la maravillosa Playa de Muro estĂĄ apenas a 10 o 15 minutos en coche(dependiendo de la parte de la playa a la que se vaya), por buena carretera y fĂĄcil aparcamiento. Imposible no querer repetir la experiencia!

FantĂĄsticas Vacaciones !!

Casa tĂ­picamente mallorquina pero reformada y en muy buen estado, prĂĄcticamente nueva, y con una tranquilidad absoluta, realmente es un buen lugar donde poder desconectar y descansar. La piscina no la pudimos aprovechar porque el tiempo no nos acompañó ... Tuvieron un estupendo detalle con una cesta de bienvenida con varios productos y frutas tĂ­picos de la tierra, se agradece muchisimo !!! En los primeros dias tuvimos tormentas importantes, y al llegar a la casa nos encontramos sin luz en los enchufes. El Sr. Baltasar acudiĂł inmediatamente con un electricista, aĂșn siendo ya de noche, para detectar y solucionar el problema. Muy contentos con la estancia y las vacaciones (a pesar del tiempo) !!!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Sie hat eine gehobene Ausstattung, vor allem in Bad und KĂŒche. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön angelegt und hat einen kleinen aber feinen Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, reibungsloser Ablauf! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Holiday in the traditional, beautiful house

We spend two weeks in Baltasar accommodation. This traditional house has generous space for a family with three children. It was clean and well prepared for our arrival as well the inner courtyard with jacuzzi and barbecue area. Muro is roughly 15min from the beach away but with a renting car it is no problem to reach. The town itself is very nice. In the evenings after the sun goes down you could smell the cooking aroma and the people are sitting in front of their houses. Thank you for the warmly welcome and sharing the nice house.
