Could be great
The apartment itself was fairly large and clean. We didn't know ahead of time that there were many stairs and no elevator. The first thing we noticed was that there was no toilet paper, so we went to the store and bought some. Next, we read our check out responsibilities, found run the dishwasher on the list, but there was no dishwasher detergent. The female owner brought some over promptly. By then, I had noticed that the tv in my bedroom didn't work
She took a look and there was acid leaking from the batteries in the remote. She promolised to bring it back the next day, which didn't happen.
Then, I found blood on my comforter. They did have the cleaning service bring a new one the next day. So, I suspect that this rental property is not the couple's highest priority.
The property could be dramatically improved with some minor changes. First, they could get a few inexpensive dressers at a thrift shop, Wayfair or something so that people have somewhere to store their belongings. Second, they could hang up some pictures on the many hooks in the wall that are currently unoccupied. Third, they could fix the leak on the lower left side of the back door when it rains. Overall, not a bad place, but it could use a little love.
