​​​​​​​This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell on the front door and faces toward the entryway. Camera 2 is on the corner of the home facing toward the driveway and street.

HOUSE RULES
No street parking from November to April, or anytime snow is present.
Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $50/each plus tax)
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
