A spacious 1BHK apartment, drenched in sunlight and inspired by nature, in the heart of the city in Bandra. The apartment is spacious yet having a cozy bedroom, with a living room that has a cute balcony to spend some quiet time alone. Yet the modern necessities like high speed Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, with views of vendors selling fresh produce right below. One can walk/ get auto-rickshaw to Linking Road (Shopping Street), list of restaurants, pubs, medical stores. This property is located in a very quiet and a peaceful and pollution free spot in Mumbai and nice drive through the lush greens. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful. The apartment is elegantly designed and furnished with a very luxurious and international feel offering you all required amenities to make you relaxed and comfortable during your stay.


LIVIN ROOM:
The Living room features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room here is for friends and couples to lounge together! From here, access a covered, private balcony with a small coffee table and 2 chairs overlooking at the streets. There is contemporary Comfortable Living with the added element of privacy. This apartment includes the creature comforts of a global standard apartment and the most convenient placement in Khar west, the culture capital of Mumbai. There is also a study table facing beautiful paintings which can inspire your thoughts over coffee and imaginations to come up with new ideas.


BEDROOM:
There is a bedroom to the left of the living room. A comfortable Queen Size bed with good quality mattress, and clean linens with fresh towels There is a 1 ton split unit AC to keep the room cool during the day and night. Behind the bed is art paintings and at the side of the bed there are indoor plants. The house interior has been done in such a way keeping in mind the comfort of our guests. Washroom is just outside the bedroom almost aligned with the bedroom door. This bathroom has a western toilet and shower. A hot water geyser is also available for guests to use. The neighborhood is very safe and easy to access.

KITCHEN:
As you enter the apartment you have a cute and a small kitchen. The kitchen is smallish but adequate for the couple or a single guest. It has a long granite table with basic equipment’s on it which are used in the kitchen for the travelers. There is a double door fridge, microwave, kettle, aqua guard and toaster. Utensils for cooking and serving are provided - plates, silverware, bowls, saucepans and mixer. There is a washing machine kept inside the kitchen.

We provide housekeeping on alternate days. Our staff will do the laundry - one load a week is free. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Other things to note
Just a gentle heads-up that there is construction work going on in the neighborhood and the city in general. Therefore the apartment might get a bit noisy at times.

Please note:
There is a school opposite to the building and from morning 8am to 4pm there will be noise. Mostly when the children are going to school and at the time they are leaving.
Water purifier not working, we have mineral water bottles for back up
