Hello, I am following up on my previous complaint regarding my reservation in Mumbai, as I have not received any response or refund yet.
I already left a review describing the situation, which was extremely serious. I arrived at 4:00 AM and the property was in unacceptable condition and felt unsafe. There were debris and obstacles just to access the place.
On top of that, the property stated they had no reservation under my name, despite my confirmed booking through Hotels.com. I had even booked an extra night to ensure my early arrival, which made this situation even more concerning.
This was not only inconvenient but also a serious safety issue, especially arriving alone at that hour.
I am requesting an immediate update on my case and a full refund. Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible.
the room had bugs, it was smelly, mattress has stains, water not draining out in toilet, the AC was not working, not recommended to stay even for INR 100
Such a disgusting hotel I have stayed ever. They have attached 10 years older photos when the property was built, and now no one has maintained anything. Hotel is located right next to BMC open severage and smells very bad all the times. No ventilation throughout the area, and smells realy bad inside the room as well. Dirty walls, broken cupboards, dirty washrooms, canât even mention each and every here. I would never recommend anyone.
Terrible place. Walked out because service at front desk was so bad and place was extremely dirty. I was waiting 40 minutes to be shown to my room. Ended up booking elsewhere.
