✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host`s approval.

✔️If you don’t have a 4-wheel drive vehicle: Park at the bottom of the driveway, outside the columns, or ideally, do not come without 4-wheel drive.

✔️ Lock all doors when leaving. Turn off all lights. Turn off all fans (inside and outside).

✔️ No trash may be left inside the house or in the outside cans. All garbage must be bagged and taken to the end of Ferry Valley Ln for pickup (Thursdays).

✔️ Only wash sheets and pillowcases, do NOT wash every comforter.

We use ChargeAutomation to provide a secure guest portal, which can be shared with your group and adds an extra layer of verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. 📌 We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

📌 Surveillance or recording devices on property - This property features 2 exterior security cameras facing the front entrance and the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound.



📌 Due to the incline and surface of the driveway, we strongly recommend guests arrive in a vehicle with four-wheel drive, especially during wet conditions. Without it, tires may spin and have difficulty gaining traction.
