Thoughtfully designed, this Tiny Home offers ample space for enjoying simplicity at your leisure. Handcrafted with intentional love this home welcomes you to relax and renew your soul. It is located PONDSIDE (waterfront) boasting excellent pond/water views and amazing night sounds (bull frogs etc)!

he Tiny Home features all hardwoods inside. The upstairs loft has a king size sleep number and unique views of the pond and horse farm (NOTE the loft is short and is basically a crawl in/out from the custom library ladder from main floor).

The living room has 3 comfortable bench couches with views of the pond and horse farm. There is a Smart TV and Wifi access with FAST Starlink Internet! The space has a mini split Heat/AC furnace operated by a remote. It has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and waterfall shower head with relaxing hot water with our endless on-demand hot water heater.

The kitchenette is stocked with the basics needed to prepare meals such as utensils and 3 different sized pot/pan/skillet. It also has a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster and two burner hot plate. There is a gas grill on the porch for your grilling needs as well and outdoor chairs and patio table.

Enjoy the surrounding activities or just Sit on the patio/deck and just take in the view or read that long overdue book. Experience the evening sounds and outstanding star gazing (low light pollution) beside the fire pit. Whatever your pleasure this special spot is sure to be a cherished memory

The Tiny Home and its yard, deck, parking, outdoor seating/fire pit etc are all privately yours to enjoy.

The tiny home sits RIGHT ON THE POND-SIDE so you can also enjoy the pond views, sounds and watching the fish (no fishing or swimming/wading allowed). The Pond area is shared with another rental, the Gypsy Wagon, but it is located on the opposite side of the pond so that you and the guests at the Wagon each have very private settings but you may see/hear/interact with each other (with safe social distance) from your opposite sides of the pond

We live on the farm and are available to guests if needed, otherwise this is your vacation to relax and enjoy your home away from home

The deck on the Tiny Home sits POND-SIDE! So please take note/caution that you are “waterfront” and use diligent intelligence when walking/moving about the area. There is NO fishing, swimming or wading allowed in the pond! We do provide a life saving buoy in case of emergency.

Also NOTE that the bedroom is a LOFT. You must climb a small custom library ladder to access the loft. The loft itself boasts a king sleep number bed, however the space is small and short (watch your head), so it’s a crawl in/out style loft.

*Hot Water* this is tiny home living, while we DO have hot water, it is a small holding tank so showers won`t stay hot for long periods of time without the tank filling back up - so if you want a 30 min hot shower and so does your partner/friend then this is not the space for you ;)

This Tiny Home is built to host 2 people but if you bunk in together well it can host 4 total. If 4 guests....2 will have to sleep on the sofa which is a |_| shape, this one person on a small side and the other on the opposite side.

We also have Overnight Stalls in the barn structure and you can BRING YOUR OWN HORSE (for additional fee) - or there are Horse Rental Rides nearby.

Though we love dogs and animals - this tiny home is not pet-friendly.
Quiet time is 10pm-7am
*Note* this is a working farm and you may occasionally hear horses, donkeys, dogs and farm equipment.
NO Wading, Swimming or Fishing in the Pond

DO NOT enter the pastures/fields below and beside the cabin. These have electric fencing for livestock (sometimes livestock is in the field and sometimes not). Do not let children or pets into the fields either.

You are staying at Rugby Creek! Ridge Top Trailwalk is open to your use! Please keep pets on a leash at all times! you are welcome to walk in the woods and follow any trails there - on the farm you can walk around any gravel areas and visit our farm animals (electric fencing but gates are a good place to visit with the animals but DONT open any gates or enter any fields please).

*Please note that `Grayson Cabins` is not for our guests and is another property adjoining ours *

To help us keep costs and fees down please be mindful of leaving on excessive lights on when you are gone from the rental.

Check-out: please wash your dishes, bag your trash and strip the linens.
