This is a basement unit, so the windows have basement wells and are mostly underground - but you can still see outside and a few of the windows offer beautiful views! We live upstairs, so you’ll hear us going through our daily lives. We won’t come bother you and we want you to have a great trip! The space is super comfortable with over 2,000sqft.

You have your own covered walkway, small backyard with beautiful hanging globe lights, parking area, and keypad activated private entrance. There is also a patio set and bbq. Internet speeds are good (we have Starlink), but not blazing fast- this is a rural area despite it's proximity to the city!

65” TV wall mounted in main living room with DirectTV! The TV is a smart TV, with casting built in to cast your personal subscriptions and various free built in apps that can be used to watch content. An extra HDMI cable is run from the TV in case you bring your own gaming console.

A stand up old school style arcade tower with over 2,000 games like dig dug, donkey kong, pac man, asteroids, mario kart, and crazy taxi will entertain people of all ages!

The game cabinet is stocked with tons of great board games, cards, and a poker set.

Kitchen has a large air fryer, coffee maker with reusable filter, dishwashing tablets, dish soap, new sponge, basic spices, wine glasses and openers, and nearly any utensil/pot/pan you may need to create culinary masterpieces. Laundry has tide pods and dryer sheets. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, and lotion. Vacuum cleaner available upon request, as well as a variety of other cleaning supplies. Work desk has pens, and a pad of paper.

There is a storage closet under the stairs that can hold whatever you want, and in that closet is a folding game table and folding chairs!

The entrance has a coat rack and boot tray for winter gear.

Kid supplies (high chair, baby walker, activity center, various toys, changing table, pack and play, etc) are available upon request! The kids corner in the living room has various toddler and young kid aged toys along with a great activity table and play kitchen. There is a sound machine with nightlight for your use in the crib area. There are additional sound machines in every bedroom.

Pet supplies also available upon request (2 wire frame kennels, bowls, toys, leashes, etc.)

Along the private entrance you will find ski/snowboard racks, a shelf unit for any additional gear, and a well lit covered path to the door.
