Experience Summit Lofts, an entire boutique hotel for your group's exclusive use. Unbeatable location nestled beneath the mountain in downtown Mt Shasta. Features 12 private sleeping rooms (sleeps up to 30) with new, modern furnishings and a conference room space that seats 28 people. Our unique main street location allows you to walk to nearly everything! Professionally renovated in 2022 with a soaking tub, tile showers, fast & reliable fiber internet, bright white linens, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Perfect for a retreat or a family gathering!
With a modern a-frame inspired exterior entrance, your group will enjoy exclusive use of the 12 guest rooms and meeting room in this stunning building. Two guest-rooms on the ground floor (2 beds and 1 sofa bed sleeps up to 6) and ten guest-rooms on the second floor (12 beds sleeps up to 24) each with its own smartlock access code and deadbolt for privacy. The rooms range in size from 280 square feet to our executive suite at 1,100 square feet. Located in the very heart of downtown at a location couldn't get better. Originally constructed in 1923, this fully restored brick building maintained historic character with restored wood floors, several stunning original skylights that allow in the natural light from Mt Shasta'a big sky, and vintage doors. The majority of the rooms boast mountain views as well as views of our quaint downtown. Each room is uniquely furnished with a mountain modern aesthetic along with high end mattresses. Newly installed fiber internet creates reliable WiFi signal throughout the property, allowing you the option to work or play.
The premier suite, Loft 210, has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for preparing meals along with its own full sized washer/dryer. Suite 101, 102 and 206 have full kitchenettes as well as washers/dryers. The remaining 8 lofts each have a microwave, mini-fridge and tea kettle.
Parking: When unloading/loading luggage, you're welcome to park directly in front of the building for up to 15 minutes. There are plenty of free on-street, overnight parking spaces within 1-2 blocks of the building. See rental agreement for map of all free overnight public parking spots shown in yellow. The best way to experience downtown Mt Shasta is on foot so hopefully you can park your car and leave it for much of your visit.
