Step outside to enjoy the private back patio with comfortable seating, a lovely spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Charleston. An in home washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

The location puts you close to it all, just 2.5 miles from Sullivan’s Island, 7 miles from Isle of Palms, and about 7 miles from historic downtown Charleston. Guests will have one dedicated parking space located in front of the back entrance, allowing for easy access through the gate.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

Well, furbished and very comfortable

The house was very clean. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. We enjoyed the location. Near to downtown and also to the beach at Sullivans Island. Good local restaurants.

Cute and Comfortable

The set up and location is great, just minutes from Charleston or the beaches. Lots to do in Mt Pleasant too. The house is charming and very well equipped. I really appreciate StayDuvet providing so many extras (hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, towels, dish soap, etc.). Really helps when traveling a distance to get there. The place was very clean too. We walked Shem’s Creek, went to Thomson Beach with our pup almost daily, Boone Hall, a carriage ride, shopping, amazing meals, we just love this area. The neighborhood is very walkable and the people are very friendly. We will be back.

Awesome townhouse

We had a great stay here! Very clean upon arrival and location was perfect. Very safe and family friendly neighborhood (about a 20 min drive to downtown). Tons of restaurants within a quick 5-10 min drive. Very much appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper and items to wash dishes for our week long stay. Would definitely recommend!
