Welcome to Barbara Street nestled in Mt. Pleasant. This home is nestled into the heart of the Old Village. It is centrally located and very close to all Mt. Pleasant`s most sought after neighborhood has to offer.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. The dining table offers room for a group meal and the counter has extra seats too! The living room is cozy and features a mounted flat screen TV. The garage has been flexed into an additional living space with a TV and foosball table.

The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Great property. Backyard was very nice, totally fenced and private. Neighborhood was mix of older homes and new/remodeled homes. There was a new home being build next door with the usual associated noise, but neighborhood does have quiet hours.

Fully Stocked and So Much More

The layout of the home was perfect for 5 adults and our dog, Stella. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook our meals. One little plus would be to have a large skillet instead of only one small frying pan. We loved the lights in the trees to keep the backyard bright in the evening!

Great house and location!

The was exactly what we needed. Big, beautiful backyard (fenced in for the dogs). Super clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. We spent most of our time out on the huge deck in the back. Will definitely be back

Great Stay!

Our stay at the Old Village property was great! The location was convenient to many great restaurants in Mount Pleasant and it was a quick trip for us to get into Charleston! The house was very clean and the host provided all of the items needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable! We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved this house, we loved everything from the decor to the awesome huge fenced in backyard (our pups had a blast) and the nice quiet neighborhood. This will be our first choice when we come back up.
