The Ridgeline Retreat is a new craftsman-style mountain bungalow that's as classy and luxurious as it is open and inviting. It's located in a quiet woodland area of Bryce Resort - away from crowds, traffic and lights. Spend evenings gathered around the huge kitchen island while watching the game or a movie on large Smart TV above the gas fireplace. Or hang out on the back deck with the propane fire pit, surrounded by woods. Access to the main and mudroom entry doors is one step up from the driveway - an uncommon desirable feature in the mountains. Ridgeline Retreat is about 2.4 miles from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 4.2 miles from the Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, RHouse wine bar & cafe, and the Basye Community Store.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Everything about this new bungalow will captivate you upon arrival. The flat circular driveway makes access easy and will accommodate at least four vehicles, plus one in the garage, which is available for guests to use. Enter the house either through the main entry door or through the breezeway mudroom door near the garage.

The main door opens into a large great room with vaulted ceilings, home to both a cozy lounging area and a large chef's kitchen. The living area includes a sectional sofa, loveseat, chair, oversize gas fireplace, mantle-mounted Smart TV, and a huge ceiling fan. Watch your favorite shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers.

The open kitchen features a mesmerizing coffered ceiling, hand-crafted white shaker cabinets, a large island, and captivating granite countertops. Amateur and professional chefs alike will enjoy cooking with the large eight-burner gas range and double ovens. Prep and clean up is easy with two separate sinks and an over-range pot filler. The huge commercial-grade fridge & freezer provides ample storage for your feast fixin's - you'll wish you could stay longer! Dining options include a seven-person farm table, and seating for four at the island. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, tableware, high-end everything, a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind), and a Kuerig machine.

Adjacent to the great room are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed, with easy access to an adjacent full bathroom.

To the right of the living area and bedrooms, a open walkway leads to the rear deck, garage, laundry room, and mudroom (also accessible through the mudroom entry door). Guests are welcome to use the garage, but need to open the garage door from inside the house.

Finally, enter the home's finished basement from the main living area and descend into a different world. The oak custom stairs, framed with oak wainscotting, rich colors, and soft accent lighting, lead to a cozy den with a sleeper sofa, chair, another gas fireplace, and Smart TV. The home's third bedroom is off the den, which has a queen/twin bunk bed. Next to the den is a large wet bar, another full bathroom, and access to the small rear patio with Adirondack chairs. The basement is perfect for kids, or a hideaway for quiet-natured adults to escape into tranquility.

We equip the home with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

WiFi internet is provided via 500mbps+ cable modem running an Eero wireless mesh network, which is sufficient for pretty much anything your group might want to do online.

**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

This property has a propane fire pit, but does not have a BBQ grill.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. Our pool is open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday (and 12-5 on holiday weekend Sundays) between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please note: guests cannot use Bryce Resort's pool (Bryce Landing); it is for Bryce Resort members only.

Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am are strongly enforced by the Resort security and police. Please be mindful of noise - residents and visitors come to Bryce Resort to get away from it!

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park.
