Pine Cone Paradise is a luxurious woodland home located in a quiet area of Bryce Resort - away from crowds, traffic and lights. Spend evenings gathered around the huge kitchen island while watching the game or a movie on large Smart TV above the gas fireplace. Or hang out on the back deck with the Solo Stove fire pit, surrounded by woods. Access to the main entry door is one step - an uncommon feature in the mountains. This home is about 2.5 miles from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 4.5 miles from the Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, RHouse wine bar & cafe, and the Basye Community Store.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The wow-factor of this newly renovated home will captivate you upon opening the door. To the right: a specious great room with dining, kitchen, and living area; to the left, a wide hallway leading to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private office. The large living room includes two comfortable leather sofas and a leather recliner surrounding a stone fireplace (gas logs), large Smart TV, and a giant propeller-style ceiling fan that mesmerizes. Watch your favorite shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. Let the couches suck you in for a relaxing weekend!

The open kitchen features floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a massive 10 foot island, and stunning quartz countertops. Chefs will enjoy the large five-burner cooktop and built-in oven. Dining options include an eight-person table, seating for four and the island, and four more in the breakfast nook. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, tableware, high-end appliances, and a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). Access the front-loader laundry machines in the room adjacent to the kitchen.

From the foyer, the other side of this luxury home includes three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a twin trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a full bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway across from the second and third bedrooms and next to the spacious dedicated private office (with desk and chair) and comfy reading chair. Sleeps five comfortably. Both bathrooms feature beautiful custom tile work and modern fixtures.

PLEASE NOTE: the garage is private and not available for guest use or access. The property owner will not enter the garage during guest stays at the house.

We equip the home with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

WiFi internet is provided a 400mbps+ Eero wireless mesh network, which is sufficient for pretty much anything your group might want to do online.

**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. Our pool is open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday (and 12-5 on holiday weekend Sundays) between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please note: guests cannot use Bryce Resort's pool (Bryce Landing); it is for Bryce Resort members only.

Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am are strongly enforced by the Resort security and police. Please be mindful of noise - residents and visitors come to Bryce Resort to get away from it!

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park.
