-When you enter from the driveway you will be on the `TOP` Floor

-To access the middle or bottom floors you will need to travel down the spiral staircase or enter a different door outside

-The Dock, Firepit, & Gazebo on the water is shared with the smaller unit next door

-With the home being deep in a wooded area you should expect to see Deer in the yard or on the road leading to the house

-Grills are available for use late April until the end of November

-The pier out to the Ocean is available 365 Days a year

-The ladder and floating dock are put in the End of May until Mid October

-Outdoor Furniture is put out in May through October

-We do not provide any access to Kayaks

-If you want to hook up your boat to one of the floating buoys, you must alert us and discuss with us first
