Newly built and immaculately styled, this spacious four-bedroom home sits just moments from the heart of Mount Beauty, offering the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and class. Sleeping up to 9 guests, the home features two king bedroomsâincluding a stunning master suite with a luxury ensuiteâa bunk room with king single bunk beds plus a standalone king single, and a 4th bedroom with two further king single beds. Perfectly designed for families or groups, it offers plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The master ensuite is a highlight, boasting a double vanity, oversized shower, and elegant finishes that create a hotel-like feel. The main bathroom features a deep bathtub and modern grey tilingâperfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any timeâday or nightâmust not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
