3 blocks walk to the Mayberry Courthouse and Wally's Service Station from the Andy Griffith Show, 7 blocks to downtown Mayberry/Mount Airy. Large front porch with swing and comfortable chairs, 2 BR home- KING AND QUEEN, large kitchen all w/SS full size appliances and kitchen amenities, beautiful new modern decor, new 55" TV, WIFI throughout home, full work desk w/new Lazy boy chair, setup for remote working with all the amenities of home. New paint inside and outside and new decor throughout in Fall 2021. Home just remodeled for Airbnb.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. We were able n Mayberry 3 nights and most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The stores in downtown have limited hours anywhere from 10am to 5pm and a lot of them are closed on weekends. My suggestion would be to come during the weekdays if you can. House was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.

The location was within 10 minutes of downtown Mayberry including historic sites , restaurants and shopping.The home was very clean, inspirational decor, anything and everything you needed for your stay. Recommend this for a Mayberry get away. We will return!!!!

Blessing in every room

Our stay was peaceful and up lifting. Wonderful words of encouragement in each room.The home was welcoming and very clean .Would stay there again .The only problem was we could not get the WiFi to work, which for us wasn’t a problem because we didn’t need it for anything important.I’m sure if I had contacted someone the problem would have been taken care of.

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Same price as a motel room, but much more comfortable and come and go as you please. Highly recommend this place.

Wasn’t a neighborhood we were comfortable in and the house was not clean. It appeared tidy until we started looking around and realized it wasn’t. I reached out to the owner about how dirty the floors were, and not offering to send someone over to clean them, he instead informed me they were thinking of changing how they’re cleaned in the future. Not proactive at all. Owner provided bare minimum of essentials one would expect to see in a vacation rental. For example, bottled water isn’t that expensive and would’ve been a nice touch. Instead, there was a pitcher of tap water in the fridge. They used Dollar General bags as trashcan liners. Overall, not an experience worth ever repeating. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals with never a complaint. This was the exception.
This is in the one and only bathroom. Disgusting. The wall was just as dirty.
What was washed off sole of foot after walking barefoot on floors.

Sweet accommodation!

Love the Andy Griffith Show and Mount Airy, NC delivers a blast from the past! Squad Car Tour, lunch at Snappy’s, haircut at Floyd’s Barbershop, downtown shopping, and small town atmosphere with friendly townsfolk was all we imagined it would be. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip to Mayberry. Close to shops and dining. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We really had an amazing time and look forward to staying again.
