Stunning modern lakeside cabin w/ direct access to Mayfield Park, free wifi, private parking, Bocce ball court + yard games. A private outdoor kitchen has a quality grill, big prep counters, sink, outdoor furniture, & a big heated & covered patio. Our full kitchen has stnless appliances, polished concrete floors & gas fireplace in fam. room w/ sleeper sofa & lake view! Master has a King Bed. Bath & beach towels, walk in tile shower, cool loft w/mats for xtra sleeping, card games, comics & toys!

Your first experience at our home is our keyless entry w/ a private code, and no contact with others. Our polished concrete floors, many windows looking out at the lake, and our large island bar with 5 stools for seating, in the fully stocked kitchen is to your right as you enter. To your immediate left is the steps to the loft. Next to the steps to loft are 2 steps down to the full laundry, modern bathroom with walk in tile shower and plush towels for drying off. The basket of blue towels are for lake or hot tub use and must be returned.
Once passed the laundry is a barn door that opens into the Master bedroom w/ a CA King Bed and plush bedding with windows overlooking the lake, and a private door out to the hot tub.

The entire house is for your private use, as well as the outdoor kitchen with heat, all outdoor seating, the sand Bocce Ball court, front drive to gate, including EV chargers.
The large field to the north is not for guests.
The park and lake are available for use during park hours only, including the bathrooms. This is enforced.
The shed is where all outdoor games are stored and is for you to access.

All guests will be given a private code for keyless entry and private access. There will be nobody at the property to greet you, however, you may message our Property Manager through the messaging app if you need anything.

The neighbors are wonderful, but like to remain private. Please be courteous, drive carefully, watch out for cats that wander around, and please keep the noise level down after 10 pm. We have a wonderful relationship with them, and the park managers and would like to maintain that relationship in order to allow our guests to continue renting our home, and using the park during their stay.

You will need a vehicle to get around in. We do have plenty of private parking in a locked gate and can park up to 4 vehicles. The parking is a circle drive with gravel. You can easily walk to the park and lake as it is right next to the property.

No food or drinks in the bedroom please.

Please do NOT drink alcohol in the hottub.
If any bodily fluids or alcohol are in the tub after leaving, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect these times for the campers at the park and our neighbors.
Please lock all doors and windows before leaving the property.
Please do not drink alcohol in the hot tub. Any foreign liquid including vomit, or objects found in the hot tub will be subject to an additional fee of $300 for the extra cleaning and maintenance needed to sterilize the hot tub and get it ready for the next guest.
