There is an EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests.

The driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, boats and trailers.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password & lockbox code for key will be sent three days prior to guest`s arrival.

The nearest grocery store is in Morton (8 miles away): Morton Country Market (Thriftway) or Dollar General.

Firewood bundles can be purchased at several stores in Morton (8 miles away):

Please keep fires to a minimum size 2`x2` (no large fires) and respect burn bans when in effect.

The cabin does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher.

Due to the rural location, the WIFI can be spotty at times.

The swim hole is just a quick 5-minute (or less) walk away! To get there, head back out to the main highway (the same way you arrived), turn left, and you’ll see it just across the road by the bridge on your right. If you prefer to drive, there’s convenient parking available right next to it.

You may occasionally see workers, groundskeepers, or cleaners at neighboring cabins as they’re being refreshed and maintained. We appreciate your understanding as the property continues to be cared for and improved.

🔸 No events, parties, large gatherings or extra guests
🔸 No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
🔸 No pets allowed on property.
🔸 Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
🔸 Must be at least 21 years old to book.
🔸 Please be respectful of neighboring cabins - do not enter their designated spaces.
🔸Must abide by burn ban rules when in effect.
🔸Keep fires in the firepit to a minimum - no large fires.

✔ Wash/Rinse dishes and leave in drying rack.
✔ Place used towels in bathroom tub/shower.
✔ Gather trash and put in outside trash can.
✔ Leave all bedding on beds.
✔ Lock all windows and doors.
✔ Turn off all lights, appliances & propane tank.
✔ Leave heat at 68 degrees.
✔ Keep AC on during summer months.
✔ Return House Key to Lockbox (make sure it`s securely closed/locked)
