Nestled in a lovely Morro Bay community just 300 yards from the Pacific Ocean, this 2BR/2BA beach bungalow is near a plethora of restaurant and shopping options.

After a fun-filled day of seaside explorations, relax at home in the spacious living area, or grill out on the private patio.

LIVING AREA

The spacious living area serves as the social hub of this inviting home. Find seating for seven on a large sectional and two plush armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the 60in TV. Natural light and airy decor create a welcoming vibe.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances.

Sip coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two, or enjoy meals in the main dining area with seating for four.

BEDROOM & BATH

This home sleeps up to five guests in the two bedrooms.

Find quiet tranquility in the naturally-lit master bedroom, outfitted with a comfy king bed. An en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin daybed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a bath tub.

OUTDOOR AREA

Dine alfresco on the patio, accessible via sliding doors in the dining area. Fire up the grill and enjoy a family cookout in the refreshing sea breeze.

Extra amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, cable, Netflix, beach chairs and toys, bicycles, a DVD player, and a communal playground. Parking is available on-site for up to three vehicles.

Although this rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures by the coast.

Soak up the sun at the beach, just steps from your front door! Or take a drive up the famous Pacific Coast Highway and visit Morro Bay State Park, an 8-minute drive. Visit North Port Natural Area, a 3-minute drive north, or take a walk in Del Mar Park, also 3-minutes away by car.

Your bungalow is within walking distance of a plethora of restaurant and shops.

SECURITY
For your peace of mind, we have added two Ring security cameras with built-in lights to our driveway. These cameras will enhance the security of the home and provide additional lighting to the driveway for our guests. Additionally, we already have a front door camera for extra safety.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was so nice to enter a sparkling clean home. The neighborhood is so cute and the beach is walking distance and also has a big parking lot should you wish to drive.We had a friend from SLO visit, so that second driveway was a bonus.

This home is a great find. Clean and well appointed home. Very comfortable for the 4 adults. Enjoyed our daily walks to the ocean and visits to Morro Bay. We come to Morro Bay each year for a getaway and this will be our spot again.

Just right in size, well kept, clean and a great location near the beach. We walked on the beach every morning, lounged in the back yard in the afternoon, prepared dinners in the evening. Kitchen was tidy and well equipped. Would stay here again.

Cozy Home

Nice house close to beach, park and trails. Nicely stocked. Enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was getting the code to work, it took several tries each time which was frustrating when you have little ones that need to get in and use the facilities. Otherwise all good, we will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was nicely appointed and very clean. The shower did back up but that was quickly remedied. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and used the BBQ, everything worked well. We would stay again.

Great Location close to beach

My friends and I had a great time in Morro Bay celebrating a birthday. Very clean, comfy beds, and the bikes and beach accessories were a huge plus. Nice, quiet neighborhood with kind, friendly people. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils. My friends and I love to cook and BBQ. If I have one little nitpick, the electric stove is a little outdated and took a long time to get hot. The BBQ was small, and a little older too BUT this shouldn't deter you from booking the place. Just something to be aware of if you are passionate about cooking and BBQ'ing. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book again.

Great location

Loved this place & its location to the walking path. Rode the bikes all the way to the beach & had a blast. Quiet and relaxing. Also management company is super responsive & accommodating. Only thing I wish is that they allowed 1 hour later check out if needed. Would come back & stay here.

Everything went very smoothly, check-in process, etc. The house is clean and cute and was perfect for our needs, beautiful beach a block away. Lots to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we had only 3 nights, which was too short. Hope to stay longer next time.

Great location right next to the beach

A cozy and updated house that is less than a block away from the beach and some nice bluff trails. Great base camp for going to places like Montana De Oro. Also close to the grocery store and Taco Temple, which is awesome! The house is well stocked with everything you'd need to cook and the basic condiments. Toiletry and towels were also available and quite nice! I would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Best Location On The Central Coast!

This rental is in our favorite Morro Bay neighborhood! Short easy walk to the beach, laid back, quiet, near town, also near Cayucos and other areas like Paso Robles/Cambria. Highly recommended

Awesome House

Awesome and beautiful is how I would describe this house. The owners did a masterful job in furnishing and decorating this house. The beds are super comfortable as well is the furniture in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. One night I cooked some pasta and there was even a strainer! The beach is just a short walk away and downtown Morrow Bay is less than a five minute drive away I would most definitely recommend this house to friends and family. The only negative comment I have is in the "listing description". There is no mention of a ring device in the rental listing. There is even a sign on the window facing the driveway warning that is residence is protected by Ring. I understand the logic of installing such a device, but since there is no mention of this device in the listing, this is a violation of Vrbo's protocols for having such a device.

Great rental

This is a great property. It is walking distance to the beach. Also, they have bikes to borrow for adults to ride around the neighborhood. It was well maintained and very clean as well.
