When I got to the hotel everything was ok until I got into my room. First off there was no smoke detector and the sprinkler was kinda sticking out. In the bathroom around the shower head there was a big hole, and it looked like the desk leg was about to come off.
This place was horrible. The room was not clean, the walls paperthin and had to call to get the person in adjacent room to quiten down. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper and when you went to use the toilet paper the whole holder cane out of the wall. The bathtub was so chipped it was embarrassing. The room was not clean by any means....the Staff was not consumer friendly nor very honest or knowledgeable about common business prsctices. They advertise a beautiful pool it was nonexistent ....would never have even booked, their photos are deceiving.......
We recently had to go to Greeneville, Tennessee for a funeral. We stayed 3 nights at the Quality Inn in Greenville, Tennessee. The staff was very nice, the room was nice and clean and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice also. We would definitely stay there again.
What a unwelcoming front desk host⊠maybe spoke five words.
Smells musty.
AC unit set to 66 felt like it was 75.
Milk tasted like it reached warm temperature for a for an extended period of time.
Front desk guy mowing his way through breakfast crowd to load who knows what, that no one wanted, without saying a word, making us feel more than unwelcome once again..
this placeâŠ. Never again
Almost empty property but they put us near the elevator. All night long, it seems they put all newcomers on the 2nd floor with us, especially the loud ones. The room was so-so, floor was sticky. The metal surround at the bottom of the bed rattled anytime someone turned over. The bathtub was pockmarked with rust spots. The breakfast was Meh, not horrible but certainly not good.
I gave 2 stars for the staff but it was actually for the young man who got me a banana at breakfast, not the woman who checked me in and couldnt give me an answer to a simple question.
Far too much money for such a low-rent type property.
