With wildlife and walks from the door, a small on-site bar for making new friends and free golf on the 9-hole golf course you are in for an amazing treat. Whether you stay with friends or a small family this is an ideal location for that well deserved short break or a week’s treat away. With a contemporary raised deck with seating and a separate seating area around the hot tub, the owners have given a lot of thought to the layout inside and out for the guest’s privacy. Decorated internally with wood the lodge has a Scandinavian feel and the two smart TVs and modern décor lend a lovely airy feel just perfect for up to four guests.



Set only a mile from the A1 this friendly country park is ideally located for exploring the whole of this diverse county. Northumberland was the winner of the 2018 English Tourist Awards for the best county to visit. Whether you travel over to the stunning heritage coast with miles of golden beaches, peppered with castles, or over to Hadrian’s Wall to perhaps see a Roman Fort or maybe head over to the Dark Sky National Park, there is so much to see and do here you are sure to want to return.



Nearby Alnwick is home to the Duke of Northumberland, the famous castle being featured in Harry Potter is a huge attraction as is the Duchess water gardens. Alnwick has some cobbled streets and a selection of cafés, pubs and shops to while away a few hours. Travel a few minutes away to Morpeth, an historic and important little town where you will find plenty of shops and cafés as well as riverside boats and leisure complex. You may wish to travel north to Berwick on Tweed, under an hour away where you can be close to the Scottish Borders taking a day to discover more history about the county. After a busy day, return back to your relaxing hot tub where you can treasure the memories to take home with you.
