HOUSE RULES

• No smoking 🚭 – Smoking inside the property will result in an automatic $400 fine.
• No parties or large gatherings – To respect our neighbors and keep the space enjoyable for all guests.
• Quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Pet-friendly 🐾 – 1 pet max, small fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
• Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

Please note: because of our prime downtown location, you may experience a bit more city noise than usual, especially on weekends when the area is most vibrant. Many guests find it part of the authentic urban experience, but we want you to be aware before booking.
