With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our home provides ample space for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind. Conveniently located, our home offers easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. Whether you're looking to explore the natural beauty of the area or simply relax and enjoy the amenities, our home is the perfect home base for your next vacation.

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

The Neighborhood:
The lodge sits on a hilltop that borders public land with hiking trails right out the back door that can have you lake side in 10 minutes. If you desire privacy and solitude for a weekend retreat the Luxe Lodge is perfect for you. The lodge is a 12 mile drive around the lake to downtown blue ridge.

Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old

Absolutely no parties- grounds for termination
Absolutely no pets allowed
AWD/4WD NEEDED!

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
