Weather permitting open the accordion doors and bring the sea air inside. The views are stunning! First Floor- Entertainment area with Smart TV, pool table and kitchen including full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and ice maker. The doors open up to the private terrace and pool area. On this level you will find a full size washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with ensuite, Smart TV and private veranda. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed. A full bath connects Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.

Second Floor - Living room with stunning views of Bogue Sound, fireplace and Smart TV. The dining room has accordion doors that open to the outside dining area, weather permitting. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances including an 8 burner gas cooktop, double wall ovens, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Half bath.

Second Floor Primary - Spacious and private with king size bed and fireplace. This sanctuary opens up to a private veranda overlooking the pool and Bogue Sound. The primary bath has a walk in shower and sauna. A seperate soaking tub completes the ensuite.

Additional features include whole house surround sound, high speed internet and cable TV, car charging station in garage, gym, whole house reverse osmosis system, inside dining for 6 plus seating for 6 at the bar with additional dining outside, ~1900 sq.ft of covered outdoor living.
