Both bedrooms feature king-size beds offering comfort and privacy for your stay. Additional sleeping options in the living area ensure everyone has a cozy place to unwind.
The home boasts an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, and living spaces—perfect for entertaining or enjoying meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to seafood feasts.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Perfect cottage, perfect location

My sister and I rented this property to stay while we visited family. It was in the perfect size, perfect location offering water views from the porch and just a quick drive to Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. So many great restaurants in the area, definitely recommend Floyd’s.

Shower curtain roaches

The property was very clean and nice. I would say the only issue was the shower curtain falling and the roaches outside in the evening and we found a couple of dead ones inside the house. Overall very nice rental just would not want to sit out back.

We stayed a week. Everything was very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, dishes etc. Nice size bedrooms and large bathrooms. Easy walk to the downtown area. We will definitely be back.

Excellent home in Morehead City!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 14 year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and also to have their own space. The location was perfect close to the water and also close to town. The house is also just a short drive to Atlantic beach and Beauford,N.C.The kitchen was fully stocked. Very handy to have the washer/dryer with an extended stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Morehead city area!!

Charming Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, quiet, walking distance to water, restaurants, and shopping. The beds were comfortable, loved the kitchen, and stepping out the door to the Conch Point Pier. Only improvement would be better seating in the living room, otherwise, great!

Week in Morehead City

Enjoyed our week staying at this updated home. Plenty of space for family of three. Enjoyed quiet area and going for walks.. Home was clean and comfortable.
