The villa, which recalls the style of the ancient rural homes of Salento, is equipped with modern accessories such as air conditioning, internet, built-in barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets.
In the garden there are a parking area, stairs that leads to the outdoor equipped areas, outdoor shower, furnished porch with view on the sea, solarium and barbecue. The holiday home is entirely fenced and with electric gate.

Carmen is in a privilged prosition, above the sea level and with an
exceptional view on the sea. The villa is framed by a beautiful and looked-after garden and a big furnished terrace.
The terrace is partly shaded by wooden covering and furnished as outdoor dining area and solarium where you can relax.
The
rooms of Villa Carmen are bright and cozy, furnished with taste. The
living area consists of a sitting room with pull-out sofa bed and open
kitchen with dining area. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with 3 twin-sized bed, one of which is a pull-out bed. Moreover, there are 2 full bathrooms.

Villa Carmen is a beautiful holiday home for rent in Torre Vado,
by the sea in Salento. The home is in a quiet but panoramic area, above
the sea level. The seafront promenade of the small seaside location is
less than 1 kilometer away.
The city centre of Morciano di Leuca is less than 3 kilometers away. The villa is also close to Santa Maria di Leuca,
which is less than 10 kilometers away, known for the shrine Santa Maria
de Finibus Terrae, the caves on the sea, the beautiful eclectic villas,
the lighthouse and the tourist harbor.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
