It is in a neighborhood where there is a mix of low income apartment housing, single family homes, and a block away from a trailer court. It’s not in an upscale neighborhood. There is a Jefferson Lines stop about 2 blocks away. Only a 4 minute Uber to downtown Fargo.
No smoking, anyone caught smoking will be charged a $250 fine. Pets are only allowed if you pay the $50 pet fee. No more than 3 adults per booking, there is an exception for a family with more than one child. Please wash dishes and take out all garbage. Please put all used towels in a pile.
