Enjoy a super convenient location: just 7 minutes (1.8 miles) to Fargo Broadway, 3 blocks from MSUM, and 3 blocks to Vic’s Bar. Jefferson Lines pick-up and drop-off is also only 3 blocks away. You’ll also be close to everyday essentials—fast food, a grocery store, and a dollar store are just 1/3 mile from the apartment.

This unit is one of four apartments in a fourplex and offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a kitchen. The bedroom includes 1 queen bed plus a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. In the living room, there’s 1 full-size leather couch, 1 matching loveseat, and a sofa sleeper that converts into a full-size bed. Relax with the 58” flatscreen Roku TV—Netflix and Peacock are included via the host subscription, and you’re welcome to log into your own apps (YouTube, etc.) as well.

The kitchen has the basics you need, including an oven, microwave, Keurig, Food Ninja, spice rack, and a dining table for 3. The living room is set up for convenience with lots of end tables, a coffee table, and a desk, so you can comfortably eat in either the living room or the kitchen.

The back yard is a shared parking lot, and there is a shared laundry room.

New update: A grill, outdoor table and chairs, and a firepit with chairs are available for you to use in a common area.

Please note: this is not an upscale neighborhood. It’s mixed with regular homes and apartment buildings, close to a trailer park, and also close to the MSUM campus.

After booking, you will receive a message containing a secure link to complete your pre-arrival payments. This includes options to pay a refundable $50 security deposit (recommended for peace of mind), or opt for the non-refundable $12 damage protection/insurance alternative. You may also choose to add optional extras, such as early check-in, if available. Once your reservation is confirmed and check-in becomes available, you will receive another message with a link to complete our streamlined online check-in process. Upon successful completion, you will immediately receive the digital access code to enter the property.

Important note: as this host manages listings across multiple platforms, the security deposit is collected directly by the host rather than through VRBO`s system. This is a standard and secure practice for direct payments to owners—there’s no cause for concern if the payment link directs you to an external (yet fully secure) site. Your transaction remains protected, and we prioritize clear, reliable communication throughout your stay.
