Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!



Longer Stays

For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.

Please note: For your safety and peace of mind, we have one outdoor security camera located at the front entrance. This camera monitors only the exterior of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the cabin. Your privacy is fully respected throughout your stay.

2. Moorefield Town Park (distance from house - 20 mins): Ideal for a casual stroll, picnic, or letting kids burn off energy. Great low-key option if you want to stay local

3. West-Whitehill Winery (distance from house - 30 mins): A small, friendly local winery where you can enjoy tastings and take in relaxing valley views. It’s very close to Moorefield.

4. Explore riverside fun along the South Branch Potomac River (distance from house - 45 mins): Enjoy tubing, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. (Driving time will vary depending on where you access the river.)

5, Grocery Stores (distance from house - 30 mins): Food Lion and Walmart are both just a short drive away for easy grocery runs and any essentials you may need during your stay.

6. South Branch Smokehouse BBQ (distance from house - 20 mins): Fresh, flavorful BBQ cuisine to the Potomac Highlands, where every dish is crafted with passion and care

7. O’Neills (distance from house - 20 mins): Casual eatery serving American fare, such as burgers, pasta, and fish, plus beer and wine.

We have an exterior camera facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
