Enjoy relaxed indoor living, generous entertaining spaces, and alfresco dining overlooking the gardens, an easy escape surrounded by nature with all the comforts of home.



The Space:

Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Mooloolah Valley, this contemporary home has been thoughtfully designed for laid-back living and easy entertaining. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen into the spacious living area, where plush reclining lounges and a Smart TV create an inviting space to unwind. Ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort, while large windows fill the home with natural light and garden views.



The modern kitchen is a true centrepiece, featuring a stone island bench, gas cooktop, quality appliances, and breakfast seating, perfect for casual meals, morning coffees, or gathering with family and friends.



Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where a wide covered alfresco area overlooks the sparkling pool and lush gardens. With a BBQ, ceiling fans, and a large outdoor dining setting, this space is ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, or relaxed evenings by the pool. The expansive backyard is mostly fully fenced, with the exception of the peaceful tree-lined creek along the left side of the property (when facing from the yard), which remains unfenced and should be supervised for children.



The home comfortably accommodates guests across three generous queen bedrooms, each thoughtfully set up with a desk and TV, ideal for both rest and remote work.



Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe with built-in desk, TV, ducted AC, ceiling fan and a spacious ensuite featuring a double vanity, toilet, and a luxurious double shower with windows overlooking the pool.

*Please note that this property is on tank water. As we are experiencing a dry period right now, we appreciate you being as conservative as you can with the usage of the water. Please also be mindful as its on septic, no sanitary items, wipes, chemicals, etc. to be flushed. We appreciate your understanding.

A modern home out in the country

We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our time near the Sunshine Coast! This house had everything we needed and more. My family and I came here on holiday and we were looking for somewhere to stay that could accommodate our needs and was close to the Australia Zoo (less than 30 minutes from the house). The location is very cozy and modern. The owners left restaurant and store recommendations, which were very thoughtful and we took advantage of them! If we ever come back to the area, we will return to this house!
