Surrounded by parks and the scenic Riviùre des Prairies, it’s ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is safe and convenient, with local shops, cafes, and essential services just a short walk away.

Public transport is easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore Montreal’s vibrant downtown, Old Port, and other popular attractions.

Getting around the area is easy and convenient! Public transportation options are readily available, with several bus stops just a short walk from the property. You can reach downtown Montreal in about 30-40 minutes by public transit or 20-25 minutes by car.

If you prefer biking, there are bike paths nearby that connect to scenic routes along the river.

For guests with a car major highways, such as Autoroute 40 and 25, are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the greater Montreal area and beyond.

✩The AC systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✩ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✩The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.

✩ If an emergency arises, please contact me, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate emergency services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.

✩If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solution available for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests, as I have private documents sent here.
