Surrounded by parks and the scenic RiviĂšre des Prairies, itâs ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is safe and convenient, with local shops, cafes, and essential services just a short walk away.
Public transport is easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore Montrealâs vibrant downtown, Old Port, and other popular attractions.
Getting around the area is easy and convenient! Public transportation options are readily available, with several bus stops just a short walk from the property. You can reach downtown Montreal in about 30-40 minutes by public transit or 20-25 minutes by car.
If you prefer biking, there are bike paths nearby that connect to scenic routes along the river.
For guests with a car major highways, such as Autoroute 40 and 25, are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the greater Montreal area and beyond.
âŠThe AC systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
