⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!

Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.

Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

As i wrote to the property manager, the apartment was very basic and cold. The heates weren’t working properly, there were no dressers in the rooms except for one. Where do you put your clothes? There were ants in the kitchen. No bath mat on a cold bathroom floor. No coffee or coffee maker in the kitchen. Just very basic. I have no idea where the “magnificent “ in the ad comes from. The rooms were nice as was the living room. It was very expensive for what you get. The location is really fantastic, though. But honestly, it was bare bones. It’s a case where the company or whoever is responsible is trying to make the most amount of money with making the least amount of effort. It wasn’t horrible, it was just not great and very expensive.

The host was friendly, fresh towels provided, and the beds clean and comfortable. However relative to the cost, description and images, we found the properly to be poorly maintained, with significant safety issues. The carpet was dirty, lighting throughout was poor with bulbs missing and flickering fluorescent lighting along with loose outlets, the stairs leading to the basement from the kitchen were open without any safety railing, and most significantly the front (and only) door could not be secured from the inside without the key in the front door. With a group of 6, we were not always together, and at one point locked the rest of the group into the apartment when running an early morning errand. No exit was possible, which is a serious fire hazard. Significant updates are needed to this properly to bring it up to code and basic expectations.

The property location, size, cleanliness, and beds were adequate. However, there were far too many issues. The entry door lock was not attached to the door so we arrived to an open door and the TV blasting. The front door latches had no strikers so the lock was the only thing that could hold the door closed so we never felt secure during our stay. The shower door top rail was held in place by caulking so it moved and almost fell on the floor when you tried to open the shower doors. None of the faucets were tightened down to the counters and were free to move. There was no hot water from the washroom faucet. The toilet seat was not tightened to the toilet. Despite advertising free street parking, there was none. A resident's parking permit was required and the lot in the ad required 48 hours notice and was closed on holidays. We drove around for a couple hours to find parking and then had to walk a number of km to the property. None of the bedroom doors opened more than about 30 degrees without scraping on the floor. The closet doors were broken and did not work properly. The kitchen cupboard doors were broken/missing handles. The washing machine and dryer were both located in the under-height musty dungeon. I have more issues with the place but am at my character limit. The owner does not seem to care about maintenance at all. I appreciated his willingness to give us a very small rebate for all of our troubles but did not realize that I had to give a 5-star review to get it.

Situated in a great neighborhood with all we needed within walking distance. Parking is available but limited as a rental car or personal car will not have the required resident stickers. There are metered spaces available, and the APP will let you pay to park in 3 hour increments during enforcement times, which was the most easiest for us. Apartment was clean and the owner continually checked in via the VRBO site.

Well situated at a decent price

Our stay met expectation. The place was, the process to get in was easy. The appartment is close to the heart of the city at an affordable price, couldn't have asked for more
