Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.

Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

Host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. They also took the initiative to check on us several times. The location was perfect for walking around downtown. We were in town for a Habs game and this was a great location for us to walk and for each of us to have our own room.

While the apartment was adequate overall, and resonably clean, the state of the stove was abysmal and the pots were clearly long overdue for replacement, but what we found more objectionable was the impression that the owner was either using AI or copy and paste, because for every issue raised, they always replied very politely restating my message and using my name, but not following up consistently, for example we did not get the extra blankets we requested. We had to move a bed to expose the radiator in one bedroom to make it warm enough. In another bedroom the heat was stuck on too warm and the light would not stay on. There were no dishcloths so we had to use bathroom washcloths to put dishes on, and we ran out of toilet paper. Lastly, and not the owner's fault, was the fact that other tenants sharing the same fire escapes were noisy at night making it hard to sleep.

We had a fantastic weekend in Montreal. The unit was located in a great location and everything was in walking distance. The 4 bedrooms in the unit were large and plenty of space.There was ample parking for under 20 per night at a parking garage just steps away! We attended a Bruins Canadians game....Bruins won!!!

Great communication with owner prior to arrival. Check in and check out directions were clear and concise. Very pleasant, clean apartment. Four bedrooms with double beds and 2 sets of hand and bath towels in each room. It was awesome for 4 friends to have our own bedroom! The apartment provided many essential supplies but needed a few more small, necessary items. The owner was very receptive with our suggestions. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment for its cleanliness, spaciousness, location to public transportation, one block from Metro grocery store, abundant restaurants nearby, ice cream shop and a responsive owner:)

Very convenient location, walkable to many places. Beds are comfortable. Sam is pleasant and very responsive by email. He allowed us to check in earlier ( a couple hours before 4pm). No Washer/dryer in the unit, although we did see a laundry sign downstairs. We didn't need it, so it was not an issue to us. The fridge door required a trick to close. The apartment (202) is through the door located next to the ice-cream place. We didn't read the instructions closely and had walked to the 2nd floor on the wrong side of the building while carrying luggages. Parking in the underground garage nearby is convenient and safe.

Excellent quality for the price. Great communication

Nice four bedroom apartment just around the block from a trendy street with lots of interesting bars, restaurants, and shops and close to downtown. It looks very plain from the outside, but is comfortable and well equipped inside. The owner was very easy to communicate with and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay in Montreal. We were a group of three generations, young adults, their mother and their grandmother. It worked well for all of us.
