You and your group have exclusive and private access to the full apartment and balcony, not shared with anyone else during your reservation.

You will be making a Self-Check-in reservation, that is really simple! It`s super easy and I send you step-by-step instructions giving you plenty of time to review and ask questions ahead of your exciting Check-in day!

Ask about my parking suggestions, luggage storage options, extra cleaning during your stay, and other service I might have available to make your trip memorable and super convenient.

The self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after your designated check-in time on your arrival day. Please inform me in advance if you plan to arrive later than the check-in window.

During your stay, I`ll be out of town and unavailable for in-person assistance. I prefer communication through the app; my phone number is reserved for emergencies. Rest assured, I have local contacts available to assist with any urgent issues.

You`ll receive straightforward check-in instructions a day before your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your trip.

Feel free to reach out with any questions—I strive to respond promptly throughout the day and evening. Messages received overnight will be addressed first thing in the morning.

The area boasts beautiful parks and green spaces, perfect for leisurely strolls. With excellent public transit options, you`re just a short ride away from downtown Montreal`s bustling attractions and cultural hotspots. Located in a convenient area and offers easy access to public transportation with bus stops within walking distance. Major highways are also nearby, providing quick routes for driving around Montreal. Enjoy the convenience of local amenities, including shops and dining options, all within a short distance from the property.

- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.

-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.

- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.

- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.

- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.

For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.

🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

The experience renting this property was perfect from start to finish. The online ad and the actual apartment were closely matched. I actually feel the online photos do not do the place justice.The location is beautiful. We were able to get on-street parking for the entire stay. The parking signs were easy to understand. The entrance of the building was very clean and easy to navigate. The host was amazing from the time of the initial booking, to past check out. To simply say the host was courteous and professional would be a great understatement. The responses we received came not within hours, but in minutes. They were extremely helpful and made us feel truly welcome The location is wonderful. There are several restaurants and stores very close by. You can find everything you need without leaving the neighborhood. I am grateful for having this experience. I look forward to returning again!
