If you're looking for a nice apartment to stay at in Hochelaga Montreal, look no further than this cozy and stylish two bedroom option.

Each room has a queen bed, and the quality sofa bed opens for a double so you can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably.

Bed linens are cleaned and delivered before every guest so you are getting quality sleep.

You'll love the comforts and relaxation that this home offers, as well as the great location in this amazing neighborhood.

You'll have fast wifi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living room kitchen open room.

Plus, you'll be hosted by an experienced host who can make your trip easy and comfortable. We'll also be available for any questions or issues you might have during your stay.

You have full and exclusive access to the apartment, it is not shared with others during your trip.

Everything in the apartment is available for you to make use of: washer & dryer wifi, AC, coffee machine, the full kitchen and more!

Getting around the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood is easy and convenient!

The area is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines and two metro stations nearby, providing quick access across downtown Montreal and other parts of the city.

For those who prefer to explore on foot or by bike, the neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly and features numerous bike lanes.

If you have a car, street parking is generally available. Always double check the parking rule signs. Enjoy the ease of discovering Montreal's vibrant neighborhoods and attractions from this well-connected location!

-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed, I might be asleep. If you have to arrive outside my check-in time please let me know ahead and please be sure you have received the instruction, read them ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive.

- Similar to the above, I am very fast to reply to my guests but after midnight I might reply slow, or first thing the next morning.

-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can be available to offer assistance. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. Please keep in mind they may need some time to arrive.

-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for everyone. Most guests are wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax!

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are not permitted. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for this. Unauthorized parties will result in a Losing your reservation, refunds, and additional cleaning fees. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A PARTY let me know—I know hosts with property for this purpose. Respect the neighborhood and observe quiet hours.
⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, please step away from doors and windows. A cleaning fee of $450-900 will apply for any indoor smoking.
⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people coming to the property, including visitors not sleeping here, must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests. If you have any questions about this contact me ahead of the Check-in date. 50$ per guest per night for each undeclared person and additional cleaning fees.
⋆CHECK-IN WINDOW
You are welcome to arrive after midnight, you can easily follow the Check-in Instructions I send to you. Please note I can't guarantee I am available to help if something goes wrong after midnight, I might be asleep that late. Of course I am always available and fast to respond and help you the rest of the day and evening (8am-12am).
If you plan to arrive past midnight please do the following: (1) Inform me in advance with your estimated arrival time. (2) Ensure you received and read over the Check-in instructions ahead of arrival. You will receive them the day before your check-in date
⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. result in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be pre-approved a full day in advance.
⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.
⋆CLEANLINESS
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly.
⋆DAMAGES
Please treat the property and furnishings with care to ensure the next guest can enjoy them as much as you do.
⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property
⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before)
⋆LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES
Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. Additional cleaning services are available on request
⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS
Building management may access the property for emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you beforehand whenever possible.
⋆PARKING
When using public parking in Montreal, it’s your responsibility to follow local parking regulations. Always check the signs. Please double-check the parking signage to be safe.

⋆We do welcome Service Animals!
If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Hochelaga Stay

We had a great stay. Lots of sleeping for 6 if needed. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Bathroom small but clean and functional. Great smart TV. About 15 minute drive to all of the attractions we visited. Lots of essentials provided. To make your stay even better bring a few extra blankets, a camp chair if there is 4 of you since couch seats 3.

A good stay in a good part of town

The apartment matches everything depicted in the images. It's an well-kept older property so things like noisey floors, discoloration of the walls, flickering lights, hearing other neighbors, etc were expected. Beds were nicely made and towels plus other accessories were conveniently laid out for our use. The Wi-Fi was nice and didn't cut out. The host made checking in really simple and answered my messages promptly. The bathroom was a bit small but was manageable for my friend and I to use individually. Some future improvements I'd like to see is some measures in place to deal with the fruit flies and the outside doors should have some coverings for privacy concerns. Otherwise, this is a good property to stay at while visiting Montréal. I would likely stay here again if I had the chance.
