Welcome to our home in the Cloverdale area of Montgomery! This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect place for your stay. Located on a quiet street, our home offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while being conveniently close to various restaurants.

Upon arrival, you'll find parking available in the back driveway, providing easy access to the property. Enter through the secure fenced-in yard via the back gate. Once inside, you'll use the provided door code to enter through the laundry room, which leads to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances and countertops, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

Straight ahead from the kitchen, you'll find a dining room that comfortably accommodates six guests. Alternatively, to the right, there's a cozy breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quick snack. For relaxation and entertainment, our home offers both a formal living room and a family room located upfront, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and socialize.

On the ground floor, there is a conveniently located bedroom with a television, ensuring you have a comfortable and private space to retreat to.
