Pool/Jacuzzi Fun + Gameroom + Community Amenities

Welcome to "Pooltime" our fabulous pool/jacuzzi home in the beautiful community of Walden in Montgomery, TX close to all the fun Lake Conroe has to offer! From our sparkling pool/jacuzzi, to playing ping-pong or foosball in our game room, or enjoying a friendly round of poker, we have something fun for everyone! Cozy plush furnishings and new interior features throughout, you will feel like this is your home-away-from-home.

The space
PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL AND JACUZZI CANNOT BE HEATED UNTIL MARCH 5th AND AFTER DUE TO IT STILL CURING FROM BEING NEWLY BUILT.

BACKYARD SPACE- SO MUCH TO SHARE:
• enjoy the covered patio table area while overlooking the gorgeous pool and jacuzzi (or splash in for some fun!)
• Backyard is fully fenced in (perfect for pets and kids to keep safe). however there is no fencing around the actual pool
• BBQ is ready to grill your favorite steak on!
• Pool lounge chairs for 2 are perfect to get your tan on
• Some pool towels are also provided in the basket in the living room in case you forget yours!

INSIDE SPACE
• Enjoy the open-concept kitchen, dining and living room—perfect for gathering friends and family all together (kitchen table serves 10 and there are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, and patio seating with table outside for 8.
• Beautiful designer-style furnishings
• Cozy large indoor electric fireplace with big screen TV to watch your favorite show
• Primary bedroom with King-sized bed and full-bathroom includes walk-in shower plus soaking tub. 2 Large walk-in closets to hang your items while you are here.
• 2nd Bedroom: downstairs King-sized secondary primary bedroom with private bathroom attached and walk-in closet
• 3rd Bedroom/office: Queen sized wall-bed with office desk and two side closets
• Half-bath downstairs across from the Queen bedroom 3rd bedroom/office.
• 4th Bedroom/Bunkroom (upstairs): there are two twin over full bunk beds (total of 6 sleeping capacity) with a smart TV (attached to opposite wall) and full bathroom attached that is shared with the Gameroom
• Large Gameroom with sectional sofa (has pull-out sofa bed for one more person; sheets are in the hall closet). Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, or a round of cards on the card table (can be converted to a board game table as well)
• Downstairs laundry room/mudroom next to garage/kitchen
• 2 car garage available for guests use (please do not lose garage remotes or there is a $50 replacement fee).

TECH AND EXTRAS
• High-speed wifi throughout home
• All TV’s are smart TV’s and can connect to your favorite streaming channel by logging in: 1 in main living room, 1 in game-room, 1 in primary bedroom, and 1 in the bunk room.
• We have the COZIEST bedding! You will love it.
• Keurig coffee provided. Standard coffee maker also available.
• Blackout curtains are in ALL bedrooms (so you can get your best sleep!)
• All bed mattresses and pillows have special protector encasements and are washed before each guest (we follow hotel standards for cleanliness on all linens).

Enjoy the fun amenities of Walden! We provide a keycard with access to pickleball, tennis, or additional pools and amenities. Please inquire for more details!

*Pets are allowed with an additional $50 fee per pet.
*Pool heating is an additional $195 charge for up to 3 nights.

Guest access
Entire home is available for guest use except the cleaning closets.

!!!This home has a STEEP driveway, so please plan accordingly if you have elderly or mobility issues!!!
