**House Rules:**



* **No loud noises outdoors, including parties, or large gatherings, 4 additional day visitors are allowed, no more than that.**

* If you brought a pet, please promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste. There is a pet fee, if you brought a pet but did not pay the pet fee in advance when signing up for this rental a $250.00 fee will be charged.

* This home is not infant or childproof, please manage your children accordingly.

* The person that booked this home must be at least 25 years old and be present.

* Please report any damages to both the rental service and contact shown above.

* **Park on the driveway only, driveway will easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles.**

* _QUIET HOURS_ : No outdoor noises 10:00pm-8:00am, please respect other residents.

* Don’t use the empty lot or the dock at the end of empty lot, owned by others.

* Bulkhead is setup to accommodate 2 boats, boat slips are not for renters use. Dock and bulkhead is in a no wake zone, over 200 yards to wake area.

* We are in the beginning of a cove so water very calm, and water in cove at least 5-7' deep.

* Only boat dock exception is we have one boat lift that can accommodate up to 2 jet skis/personal water craft, if planning on that you need to notify owners at least a day before rental begins so that kayaks can be moved out out of the way.



*Violation of house rules will result in additional charges and/or eviction. Please respect the home and the neighbors*
