Lake Conroe is a 22,000-acre lake that is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with fishing, boating, rentals, and other water sports. Located five miles away, downtown Montgomery boasts restaurants, beautiful parks, and shops. Other great local attractions include Fernland Historical Park, Memory Park, Cedar Brake Park, April Sound Country Club, Make Time Boating, Cruisin Tikis Lake Conroe, and The Arena.

The condo's back balcony offers a splendid view of the lake - it's a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the views while sipping on your morning coffee. Inside, you will discover an air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool and watch a fun show, movie, or sports game on the smart TV with streaming services. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
